Late check out policy:
. Both early check-in and late check-out depend on the hotel's availability.
. Late check out from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm we charge 50% of the daily rate.
. Late check out after 6:00 pm, we charge 100% of the daily rate.
Policy on children staying with parents:
. Children under five years of age, sharing the room with their parents, can stay free of charge.
. Children above five years of age are charged adult rates.
Cancellation Policy:
. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the check-in time will be fully refunded.
. No-show: One day's full rate plus taxes will be charged.

- We will return your e-mail within 24 hours about the Hotel’s availability.
- You will be required to secure your booking by adding your credit card details (VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS) in a safe platform in our website.
- You will NOT be charged in your credit card.
- You will PAY DIRECTLY at the Hotel at check in (please check out payment options).
- You will ONLY be charged in your credit card in case of NO-SHOW or when according to hotel cancellation policy (please check cancellation policy).
